12 Months of Real Bet Data
I have used Betaminic, Bf Bot Manager and The Staking Machine for years. I know the tools inside out.
Things have improved a lot since I researched my own staking plan, “Whitaker Staking”.
I now have 12-months of real bet data with Betfair Exchange odds for the top Betaminic strategies using Whitaker Staking bots.
Black December: Please note that the end of December 2025 was a very unusual period where almost everyone’s betting systems had an unusually poor month. My horse racing bots, my greyhound bots, my football lay bots, my BSG bots, the GK bots, they all seemed to have statistically unusual losing runs that suggest there was a deliberate change in the market pricing model and the bookmaker margin on odds was temporarily larger than normal so the bookies could end the financial year with a big profit. If it was not a deliberate market model change and just extreme negative variance happening to almost all strategies at the same time, then there was a corresponding swing back up in the following month. But some people had already given up at that stage and missed out on the recovery. My main point is that the losses logged at the end of my betting month Jan 13th and the profits logged on Feb 11th are unusually high and low. So I would view the other months as more standard expectations, but to still try to create bank management plans to cope with the worst-case scenario of another Black December. We are not sure when Black December started and finished, but for some strategies there was a significant drop from Dec 10th to Jan 10th, and for others it started even earlier from Nov 10th. It was only after I had checked my other strategies individually, I noticed how widespread the December drop in performance was.
Bank Management
Each strategy in this set should be considered separately from each other. They were researched and created by different people. They are based on different betting ideas. They have been running for different lengths of time.
In terms of bank management, we can run them
1 As separate strategies with separate banks.
2 As a set of strategies with a shared bank.
I am going to split my bank and spread risk by doing do both.
Set 1 As separate strategies with separate banks.
For this, I was inspired by the MH Financial Market Trading Bots, and have given each strategy its own 1k bank and used Whitaker Percentage staking. In this way, just like the MH bots, profits will compound. I then only need just one of these six strategies to continue their trend to reach my targets. Losing strategies will bet smaller and smaller amounts, while winning strategies will bet more and more.
If the strategies keep their historical trend based on real bets on Betfair Exchange, then each strategy can double their bank every 1-3 years.
Set 2 As a set of strategies with a shared bank.
I also want to try running them as a non-percentage Whitaker Staking set with a shared bank.
For this I am slightly worried by the -82 point drop from Black December, so I will give each strategy a 50% half-size bank to bring that worst low down to -41 points.
With a 1k bank, that would mean giving 500 GBP banks to each bot.
Since this version is NOT percentage based, it aims for +12 points per month, and +144 points per year. You can then choose when to manually increase stakes.
If it repeats its trend form last year, then it aims to double the bank in 12-months.
Both methods look good to me, so I will try both.
The Staking Machine Analysis (TSM)
Betaminic has all the data from the strategies back to 2012. I took only the “Since Created” data, which equates to real bets placed after the strategies were researched, and put it into The Staking Machine software TSM.
Staking based on Starting Bank Level
On 1 unit Level Stakes, Target Profit Staking 1% and Whitaker NLC Staking ELSx5, Whitaker staking come out best.

Staking based on Current Cumulative Bank Level
For 1% Percentage, Target Profit 1% and Whitaker LC % Staking, Whitaker Staking also comes out on top.

If we shuffle the results 1,000 times in a Monte Carlo Simulation and then apply profit taking each time the bank doubles, we get a much clearer picture of how resilient the staking plans are to the negative variance of losing runs.
Whitaker % Percentage staking (ELSx5) is best for overall profit.
Whitaker NLC Staking (ELSx7) is bets if you want to avoid staking plans that link the stake to the current balance and put all of the banks at risk all of the time.

20 GBP is about the minimum stake size I would recommend if using level stakes.
If you can, then using Whitaker Staking is best.

3 Connect your Betaminic account to your Bf Bot Manager software
(Requires an active Betamin Builder Subscription.)
3.1 First, login to your Betaminic Builder on the Betaminic website. Go to the “Bf Bot Manager” tab in the Betamin Builder.
3.2 Copy the first URL on that page by left-clicking on the green “copy” button. This is the “Recommended URL to Export Pending Picks for the next 6 hours”.
(If your Bf Bot Manager URL is not there, email support@Betaminic.com to ask them to “enable the BFBM link” on your account.)
4. In the Bf Bot Manager software, click on the “Manage Tips” button. (Requires an active BF Bot Manager subscription)
5. Click on the “Betaminic auto import settings” button in the Manage tips form.
6. Tick the checkbox to enable “Automatically import tips from your Betaminic account”
7. Right click and paste your Betaminic URL into this field.
8. Click “Save” to keep these settings and exit this form. Your Betaminic account and Bf Bot Manager should now be linked.
9. To test, exit the BFBM software and restart it. If any Betaminic picks are available for matches kicking off in the next 6 hours, they should display here. Note that it will only download tips if there are picks for matches that will kick off within the next 6 hours, but picks appear in the Betamin Builder up to 48 hours before kick-off.
10. If the software has imported any tips, you should be able to see them in the Manage Tips form.
Troubleshooting
If no picks appear in your “Manage Tips” form, check your Betaminic Pending Picks page to see if you have any picks for games due to kick-off in the next 6 hours. Only those tips will be imported. (This is for technical reasons connected to how Betfair manages it markets.)
If you want to force a test, you can copy the second “Alternative URL to Export All Available Pending Picks” URL from your Betaminc “Bf Bot Manager” page and enter that in the “Download tips from URL” form in the Bf Bot Manager “Tips form”.
Important: Please note that Betaminic is only responsible for generating picks in your Betamin Builder account. They are not responsible for making the Bf Bot Manager software or my bots work, so if you have problems with the bots or BFBM, please contact me or BFBM customer service since that is not part of Betaminic’s service.

12. Edit the stakes to your bank level.

Edit each bot. All bots use Whitaker Staking.
For the set of strategies with a 1,000 GBP shared bank, the default setting is a 500 GBP bank per bot. The level stake setting of 10 = the 1,000 GBP shared bank. (There is a “2” divisor in the Whitaker Staking rule that halves that bot bank to 500 GBP.)
Level Stake setting of “1” = a 100 GBP shared bank.
Level Stake setting of “10” = a 1,000 GBP shared bank.
Level Stake setting of “50” = a 5,000 GBP shared bank.
For the separate strategies with separate banks, the default setting is 1,000 GBP. You can edit this in the “Percentage of betting bank” rule.

13. Start the bots. The main bank bots need the trigger bots to run for the set to work.
Advice
Make your betting plan before you start your bots and stick to it.
What are your exit points?
Profit Exit Point: x2 or x3 of the bank? Stop when you reach that level, withdraw winnings and make a new plan at that point with fresh data.
Loss Exit Point: -100% of the bank? Whitaker staking runs on the idea that your risk 100% of the bank. If you are the kind of person who quits if the bank goes to 50%, then risk 50% of your funds as 100% of the Whitaker bank, not 100%. If you have 5k but will stop the bots if the bank goes down to 2.5k, then do not use a 5k Whitaker bank, use a 2.5k Whitaker Bank and let it use the entire 2.5k. It is calibrated that way.
Strategy Stopping Points: If any strategy gets to 1,000 bets and is in a loss, then removed that from the set.
Time Exit Point: 12 months? Give your betting plan a fixed period of time to run. Don’t be second guessing after each downturn. Make your plan and stick to it, and give the strategies a fair chance tor repeat and show their value trends.
