The Bots
Automated trading is my focus in sports betting, but recently I have found tools for automated trading on financial markets.
I have my own sports betting bots and I also follow other people’s bots on a profit share basis.
We can do the same thing with Forex bots. There are tools available where we can follow other people’s trading if you know where to find them.
A Betaminic veteran who I have known for over 3 years since Jan 2023 is running the bots. We have communicated about various methods and techniques for using statistics to find profitable betting patterns while avoiding backtesting pitfalls such as overfitting and survivor bias. From my communications with him, I have found him to be a very intelligent, polite and analytical person with a good level of stability, calm and understanding even when facing large downturns such as the MDDE set experienced at the end of 2025. In the past few months, Martin has shared another passion of his, which is financial trading bots. In his case, he has Forex and Metals trading bots that have made an average profit of +8% per month over 8 months since October 1st 2025 using high-risk leveraged trading. That is 8 months of actual trading results with his own real money. A +79% increase on the betting bank in 8 months. I begged him to let me try it, and after explaining the risks, he kindly let me.

It has a lot of data to get a very good image of how his bots have performed. If I was looking at a sports betting bot with these results, I would consider it a good bot set to follow. These are not the results of one bot, but the results of multiple bots with different settings that are looking for different entry and exit triggers.
The tracking page also has detailed performance data to give us a very clear image of the bots.
The key stats for me are the average +6.8% monthly return from the 217 days of history. The worst drawdown so far has been -21%.
I have made +25% in the 3 months I have been using it from an initial 1,030 EUR betting bank. (This is a betting system, not an investment.)

Scalability from 1k to 100k
With sports betting, we have the worry that even if we find a working system, bots won’t scale. What works for £10 might not work for £100 or £1,000 bets, and unlikely to work for £100,000 banks if lots of people are doing the same thing.
But with the Forex markets, this is possible. Scalability from a 1k betting bank to a 100k balance is possible because the global markets are huge. The forex and metals markets are the world’s most liquid financial market, with over $7 trillion traded daily, allowing major currency pairs (EUR/USD, USD/JPY, GBP/USD) to be bought or sold instantly with minimal price impact.
This means that if you are currently taking a chance on a betting system with 1k-5k banks, then if you find a good forex bot, it should also be included in your speculative betting system set because if it one continues to work for the next 5 years, then you have a better chance of reaching financial independence in the long term compared to the betting systems we are using now where scalability is still a question mark.
If these bots continue with their current performance, then I could x10 my starting betting bank in 5 years. (But past results do not guarantee future results.)
The Power of Compounding
This kind of betting bank works perfectly with percentage staking. As my betting bank grows, the profits grow faster as they are added back into the betting bank to themselves.
Automated Trading Bots – No Human Error
These bots trade based on fixed settings. He does not make manual trades. There is no risk of human error in terms of emotional trades, rash decisions or sudden changes in how he does his trading. These are bots in the same way we run our automated trading bots. This means that the results I see are from a consistent method that I can reasonably hope to continue. (But past results do not guarantee future results.)
What is the goal?
Past performance suggests +70% per year. (Based on +4.75% per month average after profit share.)
Some might aim to double their money. That could be done in 2 years, with current performance.
Some might aim to x10 their money. That could be done in 5 years.
These figures are speculative and fanciful, but a gambler can dream, right?
My goal is financial independence. through high risk betting systems The number in my head is a profit of 3k per month, which would be 36k per year. If I start with 1k, I could be there in 8 years. If I start with 10k, I could be there in 4 years. That works for me. I plan to run it for a while with a 1k bank just be sure about how things work and then move up to 5k or 10k.
8 years is a very doable time frame for a 1k betting bank. That is what some of us lose betting in a month. Imagine setting aside 1k of those betting funds for a lottery ticket that really could become something scalable and a real long-term method that is not dependent on betting sites or gambling law changes in your country. For some people with betting banks of 5-10k, we are more likely to test it out with a low amount and then add in more if we believe it works.
