I have years of BFBM experience and instead of reading the entire manual and watching all the tutorial videos, you can just ask me. But it takes time to answer emails and make videos, so that is why it needs a support pack to get extended, personalized help. Each time you ask the BFBM support a question, you need to enter a lot of details and explain your project again to them, but with me, it is much easier to get things done since I am a fellow bettor, and I have seen and made many, many kinds of bots. BFBM plays things safe with their answers, but I try to give real, practical answers that have a chance of making profit.

At the beginning, many people just ask to copy my system. That is fine, but in the long term it is better to make your own bots and choose your own strategies. Terms & Conditions:

  1. Please note there are no refunds. Only purchase larger support packs if you intend to commit to the project period and want IT support during that time.
  2. This support does not include 1-to-1 Google Meet or TeamViewer sessions which are ordered separately.
  3. Basic and Standard packs have a 12-month expiry date.
  4. Pro packs have a 24-month period expiry date.
  5. VIP packs have no expiry date.
  6. “Logged support” means details of how the support time was used is provided on request.

1-to-1 Online Sessions

I can also help you with online sessions where we talk directly.

This can be a single session where we troubleshoot a specific problem.

Or it can be for if you want to get some personalized advice for planning and developing your betting system.

Or it can be part of a multiple session training course aimed at learning how to use the BFBM software better, or any of the other online tools I introduce on my website.

Or it can be part of regular weekly or monthly sessions where I help you build, edit and manage your betting system. People who have regular sessions with me have the highest chances of success. This is because running a betting system in partnership with a fellow bettor massively increases the chances of success since you have to justify and explain every strategic betting decision you make.

1-to-1 online sessions can be done in two ways:

A) Using Google Meet to screenshare your screen with me. I can then instruct you on how to edit your bots. I can also screenshare to show you things on my PC. This is often the better choice for learning the software since you have to click everything yourself.

B) Using TeamViewer where I am able to take control of your desktop and make edits for you in BFBM, or to check settings quickly without having to explain each step. This is often the better choice if you want me to troubleshoot or edit something on your PC as fast and smoothly as possible.

Price

1-to-1 sessions cost £60 for 60 minutes.

(There is a +£10 fee for every 10 minute period of extra time over the initial 60 minutes.)

The initial £60 fee is paid before the session, and any extra time is billed afterwards.
