+1% increase. +£197 on the 17k allotted bank in the last month, and +£22 after costs
Now 5 months of profit in a row.
Highlights
It was a fifth straight month of profit in a row which is nice to see. But this month was a break-even month after costs.
The Slipstream Investors betting syndicate strategies again stood out with their consistent profits for the 4th month in a row for all 3 strategies. I like the way they don’t have big swings, and are reliably going up.
The Betaminic strategies took their turn to have a strong month with +41 points in one month! The Betaminic strategies tend to be like that, with long periods of flat or slight decline and then short periods of big profits. So you have to pick your strategies and stay in long term for the full year to have the best chance of seeing the historical trends repeat. I will test applying hedge rules to the draw strategies from the next month.
The new FT Draw bot from the BSG Draw System made another level stakes losing month (24% win rate) into a hedge bot winning month (46% win rate), but the FT 0-0 had an awful run with its core trend bot going into the red. That FT 0-0 bot will now be relegated back to the monitoring test set.
The HedgerPro strategies example strategies had a small losing winning month of -3.5 points, but my private HP strategy lost it all and more with an abysmal -44 point loss. I will be dropping my private strategy and sticking with their best performing example strategies. My private strategy is relegated to test bot status.

A Regular Second Income?
Next month, I will increase to a 5k shared bank for Betaminic and BSG Draw bots. They will run alongside the three separate 5k banks for the Slipstream strategies. The data suggests they are all real, working betting systems. A regular second income from these systems is on the horizon. +£2,000 per month from a 20k bank is the new and realistically achievable goal.
*Data for these strategies goes back further than the months listed above, but the above results are from using the current staking system and bot settings which have been revised and improved over time.

2 Tom’s Betaminic Back System Results
+£86 / +4.34 points on 2k bank
The Betaminic strategies took their turn to have a strong month with +41 points in one month! The Betaminic strategies tend to be like that, with long periods of flat or slight decline and then short periods of big profits. So you have to pick your strategies and stay in long term for the full year to have the best chance of seeing the historical trends repeat. I will test applying hedge rules to the draw strategies from the next month.
The monthly results have been swaying from profit to loss, and the last month has firmly put them into profit.
The average of +7.91 is very respectable.
From next month I will give the Betaminic MDDE16 set a 5k bank. I hope we don’t get a massive loss after the +41 point winning month.
I already started a 5k bot set from August 17th and I will continue with this as the main bot set and judge new profit from this start point.
Strategy Set Trackers
For Betaminic strategies, it is important to treat each strategy separately. Just because a group of strategies is making a loss, does not mean that the backtesting method does not work, it just means that the aggregate results are negative.
Below I show some long term 1 Level Stakes and 100 Bank Whitaker Staking bots that have data since March 24th 2025.
These are not MDDE strategies, but the original base strategies.
You can use this as a menu of possible Betaminic strategies to investigate further if you want.
With the Level Stakes and Whitaker Stakes lined up together, you can see how the staking plan affects results.
The Whitaker bots are 100 banks, so if you see +20 in profit like Contend UD, that means the bank increased by 20% since March 24th over 5 months.

Again, focus on bet numbers, not calendar months!
Here I would also strongly like to recommend people to view strategies in terms of bet numbers, not calendar months. With a strategy that has 9 bets per month, 15 months was just 135 bets, which is not enough to judge if a strategy has stopped working or not. It is so few bets that any profit or loss in this period is almost random whether it will be up or down. With big data betting, we are saying that over a period of 500-1000 bets we hope to see the trend express itself again. 100 bets is just too few to judge anything. So we should not look at how many months of profit or loss a strategy has, but how many bets it has made. It would be better to look at 100 bet chunks instead of months and judge a strategy over its last 1,000 bets instead of its last calendar year.
Follow Multiple Strategies to Spread Risk
But how do we cover subscription costs with a strategy that has long flat periods? The answer is that we need to follow multiple strategies in a mixed portfolio set so that they help each other out when some have long flat or negative periods. If we believe the core trend behind it, then we should follow it long term and give ourselves a chance to catch that trend repeating.
3 Slipstream Investors Syndicate
+£2,058 on 15k bank is +13.72 points
The Slipstream Investors betting syndicate strategies again stood out with their consistent profits for the 4th month in a row. I like the way they don’t have big swings and are reliably going up.
The bots themselves made 27.44 points of profit, but 50% of that goes in profit share, so the end result is +13.72 points.
That is a bite-your-ankle-off for a betting system like this kind of a result I think.

The following point averages are AFTER the profit share has been taken out. These are amazing numbers.
The results and consistency are incredible. If you have 5k GBP in your betting bank, then you should be getting into this system.

4 Tom’s IPT InPlayTrading System Results
+£11.15 on a 500 bank is +2.2 points
These bots are my efforts to turn my manual in-play betting into autobots.
The bots with “BM” in the name use Betaminic strategies as market selectors. Then if the in-play filters are met, it will place bets.
The bots with “BFBM” in the name use BFBM rules as market selectors. Then if the in-play filters are met, it will place bets.
Group 06’s IPT/BFBM in-play bots denote if they are using the IPT in-play data feed or BFBM in-play data feed.
Very early days, and as I suspected, not many bets due to the strictness of my ideal in-play betting rules that I would often bend when betting manually. Let’s see if sticking to the rules will make profit.
5 Tom’s BSG Draw System Results
-392.09 is -19.6 points on a 2k bank
The new FT Draw bot from the BSG Draw System made another level stakes losing month (24% win rate) into a hedge bot winning month (46% win rate), but the FT 0-0 had an awful run with its core trend bot going into the red. That FT 0-0 bot will now be relegated back to the monitoring test set.
When we compare the base trend with the new hedge bot, the win rate is much better.
Twice now it has taken losing months for the base trend and made them winning months.
The effect has been so positive that I want to try the same bots on the Betaminic draw strategies to see if similar effects can happen.
With Whitaker staking the bots did ok, too.

Main BSG betting bank bot results
The FT draw bot managed to turn a losing month for the core trend into a slight winning month, but the 0-0 Correct Score bot could not. Next month the BSG Draws FT bot gets given a 5k bank to work with.
The core bot for the 0-0 Correct Score trend has dropped into the red now, so this bot will be removed from the set.
Other BSG Draw Trend Tracking Bots
The old pre-match bet FT Draw bot with Whitaker Staking made a -£300 loss, which is in stark contrast to the new FT Draw hedge bot which made +£12 on the exact SAME selections.
I also had a tracker set to compare the new hedge bots exactly to the pre-match bets since July 18th. Here both FT draw bots have 3-tick back/lay odds ratios and both FT 0-0 bots have 4-tick back/lay odds ratios.
With this comparison, the FT Draw bot has down much better with the new hedge rules, turning a major loss into a major win.
I will show the results of my various test bots here for people who are trying to make their own BFBM autobots, I think this is a good example of how, if you have a base trend with even a sliver of value (1% ROI), then by trying other bot settings and related markets, you may be able to find more value in them. The dates that the bots started are on the right.
Developing your own BFBM bots
Trying to develop your own BFBM autobots is a long term process that needs patience and data gathering.
When managing test bots and thinking about the next stage of moving test bots from test mode to main bank mode or even a new test set. I recommend keeping groups of test bots and main bank bots separate.
In practice that means learning how to:
- Export all bots as a “snapshot save” that we view as a recovery point if we ever want to roll back all the bots to this point, or if in the future we ever want to check back and see the bot data at this point in time.
- Duplicate a good bot.
- Edit its name and group name.
- Edit its stake.
- Note the start date in the description.
- Start the new bot.
- Save the new snapshot save.
BFBM Bot Snapshot Saves
I do this snapshot save weekly or monthly. This is so that if a bot I did not have my eye on suddenly does well, I can go back and track its progress to see its history in more detail. So I have monthly saves going back years now. This is also useful when you want to export a bot set to another BFBM instance just for editing or reviewing old sets. I have my Real Mode BFBM on a VPS, my Simulation Mode BFBM on an 2nd hand desktop PC and my Editing/Review BFBM on my work laptop. One BFBM licence can be used with one Betfair account on unlimited numbers of devices. Just one BFBM license is enough for your BFBM bot empire.
Keep Original Test Bots Running
Keep the original test bots running forever as they are on 1 GBP bets. Let them gather data for as long as you can, or until this betting system is deemed dead. It will be very useful to have the original 1 GBP level stakes bots running long term, and then keeping other test bots or main betting bots separate.

The data can get overwhelming, but basically we are waiting for 500-1000 markets worth of data before we start judging bots.

6 HedgerPro Results

My chosen 8 HP strategies for July 15th to August 13th.
My method here has been to run all the free public strategies that come with my HedgerPro 12-month subscription on £1 stakes and £100 Whitaker Staking Banks. Then each month I use the strategies with the best long term results so far in my main betting set. I try to give higher priority to strategies with more bets worth of data to back up their results.
This month my own self-researched strategy did badly but the other public HedgerPro strategies helped make decent profit.

I am also tracking all the other available free strategies with 1 GBP level stakes or 100 GBP Whitaker Staking plans.
I then use the strategies that are in profit with Whitaker Staking and have over 100 bets of data.

The HedgerPro team recommends people to use the V3 “OH” Overhaul set that is their latest and most up to date set.
I am keeping the original V1 set going just out of personal interest.

7 Tom’s Betaminic Private Lay System Results
-£331.63 on a 2k bank is -16.58 points
These private lay strategies had a poor month. They seem to go on swings up and down each month, but overall still in profit since June 20th. Next month is due a winning month then.

It is interesting how despite having a higher win rate this month, they made a loss. But there is a mix of 7 different lay strategies here so the win rate may not be as hard and fast as if we were looking at a single strategy.
Individual strategy results show one of the lay strategies is dragging all the others down, so I will have to remove that one as its bank is now -145% after 598 bets which is a fair amount of data to judge it by.
8 Betaminic Test Lay System Results
The recovery lay bots went on a big losing run. I turned off all the bots except the last one which was the most in a loss, and let it have one more bet which it won. I will leave these recovery bots off, but let the level stakes bots keep going for tracking. I am not going to add the profit from this into my monthly results since it is not helpful or indicative of a long term stable betting system and should be left well alone.

Non-BSG Subscribers
Non-subscribers can still email me with questions, get my current bot sets and be on my newsletter list. But priority goes to my BSG IT Support subscribers so there may be a wait sometimes before I reply.
You can read the BSG website guides, watch my videos and read the BFBM manual to understand and make any bots you want yourself. My bot sets can be really quite complicated and need quite a lot of ongoing support to explain and answer questions about it if you don’t want to use them as they are. There is a chance to make many mistakes with it if edited without guidance, so for that level of support, please become a BSG-BFBM IT Support Subscriber.
So non-BSG subscribers can get the bot set with default settings, then read my newsletters, read my blog posts, watch my videos, read the BFBM manual and edit the bots yourself based on your understanding of what is best.
