Dear all,
It has been another good month with a +44% increase on my automated betting systems bank, which is basically just a 1k bank now. I lost a lot from manual bets on the World Cup games that I was watching live (i.e. Backing Spain to beat Cape Verde, and also Ecuador to beat Curacao that both ended 0-0.) And so I had to refill my bank on July 1st and my bot sets are effectively operating on one shared 1k bank. Watching live sport is dangerous for me because I often want to lump on when something looks like “free money”, when it never is of course. This is all another reason for me to stick to automated betting where each bet is based on a method that has already work for hundreds or thousands of bets before this one, and even then, only bets a small percentage of the betting bank and never anything over 10% on one bet. Ah well, now England are out, I think I can avoid live football until the next World Cup…
My site has become a bit complicated, so I want to make it clear that support is FREE for setting up the betting systems I recommend.
It is only other kinds of BFBM support that cost money.

For that you will need a Betaminic account, their subscription and also Bf Bot Manager software and subscription.
That is a bit more complex, so a session might be good for that one.
1-to-1 online sessions can be done in two ways:
A) Using Google Meet to screenshare with me. I can then instruct you on how to edit your bots. I can also screenshare to show you things on my PC. This is often the better choice for learning the software since you have to click everything yourself.
B) Using TeamViewer where I am able to take control of your desktop and make edits for you in BFBM, or to check settings quickly without having to explain each step. This is often the better choice if you want me to troubleshoot or edit something on your PC as fast and smoothly as possible.
I live in Japan, so we would need to find times that work for both of us. My 4-9pm Japan is 7am-12 noon in the UK. My 8am-12 noon Japan is 11pm-3am in the UK. It is usually a time in one of those slots that we can do 1-to-1 sessions in.

1.1 FutOdds and BFBM
One clever member of our group has managed to do what I have not yet managed to do.
They have connected the Futodds “Market Trends” tips to their BFBM and also made bots for each strategy.
He sent me a screenshot of his bots and they look very interesting. I really must get this set up on mine. (My to-do list is too long at the moment.)
“I’m also having a play with Futodds at the moment and have had some good results so far in testing based on using the trends (using a mix of pre-match and in-play strategies) I’m quite excited about this one as I’ve been getting some good results with great +EV so far! This is only on the smaller leagues as well so when the bigger leagues kick in it will be good to see how many bets get picked up etc.”

2.1 From previous experience, the bot sets you were using were changing a bit from month to month. Have you settled down on a set of bots you are using?
Tom’s Answer: Some of my bots and strategies are very settled, some have had quite a few changes. But the current set I have chosen for the 2026/27 season is settled in my mind and I want to just let it run by itself from now.
| MH Financial Market Bots | Martin has been running these bots since September 2024. I cannot edit any of them and don’t know the settings of them. So to me they look like a settled methodology, but I know Martin promotes and relegates bots between the live account sets and demo account sets. |
| Betaminic Bots x17 | The strategies I am using now have a long history and have run unedited and untouched for as long as 6 years now. This is one really good reason I trust and like them. They have been running live and untouched for years. I had been trying different bot and approaches to leverage more profit out of them, settings (Whitaker NLC or Whitaker LC in various shared bank combinations) but my current approach is to truly treat each strategy as separate and independent in terms of how it was researched and created, so I have given each of them its own 1k Whitaker % staking bank and will let it rise and fall like a share investment with profits reinvested for compounding. I made a mistaken effort in 2025 to “update” the existing strategies league choices with the latest data, but my updating method was wrong and led to terrible results. So I have gone back to the original strategies settings untouched with their original league choice selections. So the Betaminic strategies themselves have been running for years on level stakes and making profit. But my bot settings are new for this year. |
| BetSoccerPro Bots | This is another system where I cannot edit any of them and don’t know the settings of them. So to me they look like a settled methodology, but I know the owners of the site are working on new bot ideas and make additions to the strategies that are available to use. |

The only change I made recently was to convert them to Whitaker % staking banks, each with their own independent and separate 1k bank. This is so that I can just let them go and the bots will manage themselves in terms of the best bots increasing stakes and the worst bots reducing their stakes. |

2.2 Hi Tom, just looking at Betaminic. Do you have a set of rules you use when considering a new system? For example minimum number of bets, odds range, strike rate, max drawdown, set of leagues etc. How do you determine whether a strategy is just noise?
Generally I split the data into two parts, a Research Period (RP) and a Test Period (TP).
I then research a new strategy with the RP data only, and when I am finished, I apply those filters to the TP data and see if it worked.
We have 14 seasons of data now since 2012, so I would use 10 seasons for the RP and 4 seasons for the TP.
When I research strategies, I want:
1. The system should make profit (even 0.01% ROI) when applied to ALL leagues. This is so it is some kind of universal football trend.
2. Minimum of 1,000 bets or more for the RP.
3. I then only keep leagues with +5% yields. (Where the trend has been expressed strongest.) (BUT I have been known to include the major leagues by liquidity if their yield is 1% or more, since those leagues have more dependable data in my opinion and a strategy that works in those leagues is more dependable, has more liquidity and is worth pursuing.)
4. I ignore strike rate. Win rates are not important. Whitaker staking adjusts the stake to match the risk level and reduce drawdowns. I only care if a strategy makes a good yield.
5. I don’t care about the odds range or drawdown either. For me, drawdown is just a reflection of the luck of the order of the fixture list. I focus on the what the yield is and how many bets worth of data support that trend.
6. Then I check the profit graph. If the profit was all concentrated in one or two big jumps in one or two seasons with nothing much at other times, then I don’t want to use this strategy. It may have been the result of random luck or some kind of market shift that does not look like it will be repeated. The profit graph does not need to be consistent profit, it just needs to be generally going upward without too much retracement of profits. With this kind of value betting, there tend to be long periods of flat or slow decline with a few jumps of profit per season. This is fine, this is normal. I plan to follow each strategy for a season to give it a chance to reproduce its trend.
7. When everything is set and approved, then and only then do I apply the settings to the TP data. If the TP is in a loss, then I give up with this idea for now. If I go back and make edits, the TP data is then becoming part of the RP data and cannot be trusted.
Usually, I research new strategies and then share them to the public strategies area. Then I leave them there as seeds to check in the future. I don’t usually follow a new strategy immediately. I want to wait and see if it continues to repeat its trend. Instead, I recommend following existing strategies that are in profit after 1,000s of bets in their “Since created/Since shared” period. Those are real, working strategies with proven trends.
2.3 And are you ever concerned that by following lots of different services like MH, BetSoccerPro, strategies on Betaminic or on hedger pro that none of the underlying data is yours? You don’t know the inputs of the strategy and the bet history and data doesn’t really belong to you, and of course the services or tips could stop at any point. Just curious as to what your thoughts are on services where you don’t own the edge.
In the case of Betaminic, I know what the base data is (Pinnacle odds) and I know the settings (I have screenshots), so if Betaminic disappeared (which I doubt they will) , then I could, in theory re-create it myself manually or pay a programmer to recreate it. I could say the same for HedgerPro, too.
In the case of MH and BetSoccer, yes, I don’t know the settings. But, following them is better than following my own betting ideas. I am happy to see what their system can do with my 1k bank. But following them is better than following an individual tipster, since their strategies are based on automated bots with fixed filters, not the “skill” or “feeling” of the tipster. So in that sense, it can keep running as long as they keep their bots going. They will never get tired.
I think the important starting point is that none of my betting ideas or betting methods has ever got anywhere near the results that these paid services are getting, which is why I have to use them. I never had an edge, so I need to use someone else’s!
3 Betting System Overall Results +44% profit. +£444 on the 1k bank the last month
I have split up the Betaminic and HedgerPro strategies to be fair to each one, since they should be treated as separate individual betting methods and no lumped together. This makes the table longer than before.
BetSoccerPro comes top with +21%, so I will finally be increasing my bank size on that to 1k.
3.1 BetSoccerPro +21.68%
BetSoccerPro had a very quiet month in terms of bet numbers because the world cup was on. But they continued to have great results.
I was on small test stakes for the last 2 weeks of June and then increased stakes on July 1st.
It made +£43.37 profit which is whopping 34.42% ROI from 12 bets. +21.68% on the bank. Amazing.
I am currently betting £10 level stakes on the Over 1.5 goals strategy and £5 level stakes on the BTTS strategy.
BetSoccerPro suggest that the Over 1.5 goals strategy base stake can be 5% of your betting bank, so on their scale, I am using a 200 bank. In my head, I was using a 1k bank and this was 1% of that. That was me still being conservative.
From today, July 16th, I am upping my stake to £50 level stakes on the Over 1.5 goals strategy and £25 level stakes on the BTTS strategy. This gets me up to a 1k bank by BetSoccerPro’s 5% staking calculations.
With BetSoccerPro, they recommend that your BTTS bet should always be 50% of your Over 1.5 goals bet stake.

3.2 HedgerPro (6 bots -4% to +10%)
An average of +15% per month and 16 months of data is encouraging to see for the HedgerPro bots.
I had issues with my Betfair account (a.k.a. losing lots of money on manual bets in the world cup like Spain 0-0 Cape Verde. Watching live football is dangerous for me!) In the end I had to top up my bank on July 1st to £1k. I took that chance to restart a lot of my bot sets so that their results are more comparable.
The HedgerPro horse racing bots made +£44.55 overall with individual bot results ranging from -4% to +10%. (Overall +4.45% of a shared 1k bank)

3.3 Betaminic -4.75%
The Betaminic 1k Whitaker % staking bots had a slight loss this month, but they were not working since July 1st since I accidentally turned off the Betaminic tips being downloaded to my BFBM.
-£49.63 in total with a range of bot results from +4.37% to -8.83%.
A -4.75% on the month start average bank of £1,043.85.
After being excited by the TippingSports level stakes results validating the long running original Betaminic strategies and also the good performance of the Considents16, I am adding a few more 1k Whitaker % bots to my Betaminic set.
I am using the Top6 + ContendUD + The Consistent16, so “Massive favorites” will be dropped as it is not in any of those.

I will restart those banks so the results can be compared with the other bot sets.
These bots now have just a 2-tick Back/Lay odds ratio rule, which is stricter than the previous 15% setting.

The thing I really love about Betaminic is actually the research process. It is fun for me to look at all the data, the snapshots I make myself and the online database with its charts and monthly results, and then to make my own strategies with its filters and historical odds going back to 2012. I have used it for a while now and I really feel like I have mastered the tool and know it inside out. I hate just following other people’s tips blindly. I much prefer to see all the filters and data behind what I put my money on. It is a very different kind of betting experience.

3.4 MH Financial Trading Bots +4.31%
The MH Financial Trading Bots continue to do great things. Now 5 out of 5 months of profit for me with the Pure Market MH bots.
I have also deposited to Radex Markets broker which is running the same bots and that is also in profit in its first month.
Since this system is basically free to start and free to run with a low 100 EUR/GBP minimum deposit, it is my top and first recommendation as an automated betting system. (The 30% performance fees on new profits are automatically taken out by the brokers.)
Choice of Three Offshore Brokers Available
We now have three offshore brokers available that are all running the same bots with the same settings. Each broker is using the same trading software, but they will still have variations in their results due to how each company runs their trading servers. This is another reason where it makes sense to spread risk by using multiple brokers where possible. I would recommend starting with Radex or Vantage and adding Pure Market after that. If you are lucky and live in a country where you can access all three, then the best way to spread risk is splitting your bank between all three brokers.

For the Pure Market bots, you may have noticed a lack of trades compared to the other two broker bot sets and I asked Martin about it. They had a brief inactive period at the beginning of July when a link to an exterior data source was accidentally disconnected, but that has been fixed now. (The bots run on his VPS.) Martin expects more trades in the last 2 weeks in July.

These bots are run on a 70-30 profit share where you keep 70%.
You only pay the profit share on new profit.
So, if you are making new profit, and it makes 5% in a month, then you get 70% of 5% which is 3.5%.
But when you are in recovery from a losing run, you get the full 5% average profit until you get back to your previous high (HWT / High Watermark Level).

3.5 GK Goal Knowledge +3.1%
GK Goal Knowledge had a winning month of +3.1% with Bot Sets 12 and 13.
It was a quiet month with few bets due to the World Cup.
Each of the eight bots has a small £100 % bank. The best bots will self-increase their stakes.
The yellow set are the best from the 2025/26 season and the orange set 13 are four of his updated bots for the new 2026/27 season.
It is good to see them in green for the moment.

If using Bf Bot Manager, it needs a subscription: £12 per month with a 12-month subscription, or £30 for one month.

I recommend starting with the MH Financial Market Bots since they are the best in my opinion.

An online session is not really needed to set up this one. But I can give you one if you want.
Or, if you want to start with a sports betting system on BFBM, then I recommend the BetaminicBots x17.
For that you will need a Betaminic account, their subscription and also Bf Bot Manager software and subscription.
That is a bit more complex, so a session might be good for that one.

I live in Japan, so we would need to find times that work for both of us. My 4-9pm Japan is 7am-12 noon in the UK. My 8am-12 noon Japan is 11pm-3am in the UK. It is usually a time in one of those slots that we can do 1-to-1 sessions in.
